NYPS was founded in 2011 by Esperanza Arias, CEO and Project manager.
Our most valuable asset is our team of experienced and knowledgeable professionals – ACI, NICET and OSHA certified construction inspectors, and community liaisons who strive to deliver high quality work while focusing on our companies’ goals and values.
NYPS works with private and public clients like Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), NYC Department of Design and Construction (NYCDDC) and Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR).
With over 10 years of experience, we specialize in the construction management, community outreach, and inspection of infrastructure work such as:

As the founder and CEO of NYPS, a minority women owned (MWBE), SBE and DBE consulting firm, over the last 10 years, Esperanza Arias has provided construction management and supervision to numerous NYCDDC multimillion dollar infrastructure projects.
NYPS services are available in all five boroughs and in Westchester County and in Florida. NYPS provides sub-consulting Construction Management Inspection Services and Community Construction Liaison work for complex infrastructure projects including but not limited to the supervision/inspection for installation of water and trunk mains, sewers, transportation facilities, roads, highways, pedestrian ramps, and sidewalks. Her strong management skills, technical background, dedication, and determination make her an asset in an effective implementation and successful completion of complex, large-scale projects.
