Repairs & Rehab. of Intercepting Sewers, Borough Of Queens

NY Professional Services has been retained as a sub-consultant to provide Community Outreach services on this high profile NYCDDC project to minimize the impact on the residents, as well as the business in the area. (NYCDDC) is managing capital construction project PS-312Q which includes multiple project locations in Queens, NY. Currently operations are at 56th Road between 142nd St and 148th St, Booth Memorial Ave between Kissena Blvd and 157th St, and 10th Ave between 152nd St and 154th St/Powells Cove Blvd and 152nd St. The purpose of this project is to repair aging Interceptor Sewer Pipes. The following is work completed:

  • Beach Channel Drive between Beach 66th St and Beach 70th Street
  • Beach Channel Drive between Beach 70th Street and Beach 73rd Street
  • Beach Channel Drive between Beach 83rd Street and Beach 85th Street
  • Beach Channel Drive between Beach 88th Street and Beach 92nd Street
  • Beach Channel Drive between Beach 92nd Street and Beach 101st Street
  • Beach Channel Drive between Beach 101st Street and Beach 104th Street
  • Malba Drive between Summit Place and Parsons Blvd
  • Complete the Rehabilitation of Interceptor Sewer Pipe at Booth Memorial Avenue between Kissena Blvd and 157th Street and 56th Road between 142nd Street and 148th Street
